Who are we?
We set up Mill Bank Coffee Co. in 2021 as we believe every cup tells a story, from the farm where the beans are grown to the hands that brew it. A story that should be shared and celebrated.
As a speciality coffee roastery, we are dedicated to sourcing the best beans from small farms and cooperatives around the world, without breaking the bank.
Our Services
Coffee
We currently work with 4 UK-based coffee importers. They all have close partnerships with the cooperatives and farms they source from allowing us to provide sustainable, ethically-sourced, transparent coffee to you.
We always have a wide range of coffees in stock; from our dark, smokey Indian Monsoon Malabar to our light, fruity Ugandan Rwenzori Natural, we make sure there is always something for everyone. However, at any time through the year, we have access to hundreds of other coffees and can roast them to your needs, as well as creating custom blends unique to your business.

Training
Excellent ingredients are just the start of making an excellent cup of coffee. As part of the Mill Bank Coffee Co. family, we can also provide you with the training, advice and skills to make great coffee for your customers and staff.
White Labelling
White labelling allows you to have your own branded coffee beans and grounds for your shop. This can increase both your brand exposure and recognition. We can white label any of our own products but also create custom blends specifically for your needs.
If you're interested in white labelling any of our products or would like us to produce custom products for you, please get in touch using the contact form below.
Pricing
Unsure how to price your drinks based on your local market and demographic?
We can help with pricing advice based on your local market and individual production costs. We can also provide you with Excel pricing calculators to help you continually reevaluate your costs and subsequent pricing going forward.
Servicing
We have a strong, ongoing partnership with Dracula's Coffee Services. Michael provides servicing, maintenance and PSSR tests on traditional espresso machines and grinders. He is always punctual, extremely knowledgeable and is keen to resolve problems quickly with a single visit, meaning minimal downtime for you and your business.
It is important that you have an annual pressure inspection of your espresso machine in order to comply with The Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 (PSSR). Dracula's Coffee Services will keep track of your PSSR due date and organise a retest in advance of its expiry, helping you to keep track of your legal obligations and leaving you with more time to run your business!
