Run by John and Claudia, they import speciality coffees from the Planadas municipality in Tolima, central-western Colombia. We have wanted to work some some of their special microlots for a while now and this is definitely special. Grown and processed by Robinson Vaquiro Mendoza, he has a small 2.2 hectare farm with 2 hectares of coffee trees. As a qualified Q grader and the head of quality control and sourcing of green coffee for The Green Collection, it is no surprise that this coffee is not only high quality but packed full of character and flavour.
