Variety: Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon, Pacas, Catimore and Typica
This coffee is a blend of our Central American and South-East Asian coffees. Medium roasted, it has a smooth body and gentle acidity with subtle aftertastes of whisky and spice, which can come across as cinnamon. These tasting notes come out perfectly when brewed as a filter or cafetière but it also works excellently as an espresso.
